Answer
When you log is as a user you will get a 'Submit a Link' and a 'Submit an Article' button. You can use the editor to submit a story or article or links.
You can also have input in the online FORUM. There you may get feedback and start discussions.
There is a PHOTO GALLERY where you upload your photos to share with users of this site.
